The invention discloses a remote control management method. The remote control management method includes setting monitoring programs in servers; transmitting the monitoring programs to user computers, and running the monitoring programs in the user computers which receive the monitoring programs; automatically receiving remote control application transmitted by the monitoring programs when the user computers run abnormally; executing remote monitoring software on the servers, linking the servers to the user computers and remotely controlling the user computers. The invention further provides a remote control management system. The remote control management method and the remote control management system have the advantages that the waiting time of users can be shortened when remote control on the user computers is started, and accordingly the remote control management method and the remote control management system bring convenience for the users.
