Zusammenfassung:	A lifting operating mechanism for transformer substation system high-voltage line maintaining comprises a lifting positioning mechanism, a lifting fine-adjusting positioning mechanism, a lead screw self-locking mechanism, a horizontal fine-adjusting mechanism and a vehicle body. The lifting fine-adjusting positioning mechanism is connected with the vehicle body through a base support in a welding mode. The horizontal fine-adjusting mechanism is connected with the lifting fine-adjusting positioning mechanism through a moving support. The lead screw self-locking mechanism is connected with the horizontal fine-adjusting mechanism through a shaft cover support in a welding mode. The lifting positioning mechanism is connected with the lead screw self-locking mechanism through angle iron. The lifting operating mechanism arrives at the needed height position through the lifting positioning mechanism and a lead screw fine-adjusting mechanism, moving is convenient, the problem that a traditional tool is not convenient
