The method comprises the following steps: 1, adopting a modified Hummers method to prepare graphite oxide and adopting a hydrothermal method to prepare a graphene quantum dot; 2, adopting a one-step method (namely an in-situ polymerization method) to prepare and synthesize the graphene quantum dot wrapping zinc oxide core-shell structure quantum dot. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method is wide in material source, low in price, and simple and controllable in production technology, and can realize large-scale production; the obtained core-shell structure quantum dot is uniform in dispersion, small in size and grain diameter, and thinner in the shell layer; a PL emission peak is in 369 nm of the blue and ultraviolet light part, the photoluminescence peak is narrow, the intensity is high, and the quantum dot is expected to be applied to QD-LED display devices. |
