Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to fluorocarbon finish and a preparation method thereof. The fluorocarbon finish is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 21-24 parts of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) fluorocarbon resin, 20-24 parts of 40% thermoplastic acrylic resin, 13-18 parts of xylene, 8-15 parts of butyl acetate, 20-25 parts of rutile titanium dioxide and 0.5-1 part of a leveling agent. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: all the PVDF fluorocarbon resin, the 40% thermoplastic acrylic resin and the butyl acetate as well as part of thexylene are added into a mixer firstly to be mixed at the medium speed for a period; the rutile titanium dioxide, the leveling agent and the rest xylene are added at the same rotating speed to be mixed at the high speed for a period; and the mixed materials are grinded.
