Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for re-melting and smelting silicon carbide from dusting powder. A furnace core body, reaction materials and an insulation material are sequentially arranged from inside to outside in a silicon carbide smelting furnace; dusting powder is added into the reaction materials and the insulation material, the dusting powder is dust collected in the crushing and grinding process of silicon carbide, the content of silicon carbide in the dusting powder is greater than 70wt% and an average particle size of the dusting powder is less than 45 microns; the content of the dusting powder in the insulation material is 0.2wt%-1wt%; the content of the dusting powder in the reaction materials is 1.5wt%-4wt%.
