Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a two-sided organic light-emitting device based on OLED modulation and a preparation method of the two-sided organic light-emitting device. The device comprises a top light-emitting device and a bottom light-emitting device. The bottom light-emitting device comprises a transparent electrode, a first hole injection layer, a first hole transport layer, a first light-emitting layer, a first electron transport layer, a first electron injection layer and a first light-emitting layer extraction electrode cathode. The top light-emitting device comprises a second hole injection layer, a second hole transport layer, a second light-emitting layer, a second electron transport layer, a second electron injection layer, a second light-emitting layer extraction electrode cathode and a matching layer. The top light-emitting device and the bottom light-emitting device are connected through a connecting layer. Due to the independent electrical control characteristic of the two-sided organic light-emittin
