Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a precooling and humidifying evaporative air cooler which consists of a precooling tube bundle, an evaporative air-cooling tube bundle, a fan, a mist catcher, a water spray device, a water pump and a water tank, wherein the fan is arranged above the mist catcher; the mist catcher is arranged between the fan and the water spray device; the evaporative air-cooling tube bundle is arranged under the water spray device; the water tank is arranged under the evaporative air-cooling tube bundle. The precooling and humidifying evaporative air cooler is characterized in that an air inlet channel of the air cooler is provided with a spray device; the air inlet channel comprises the lower part of the evaporative air-cooling tube bundle, the outer side of an air inlet shutter and the inner side of the air inlet shutter.
