Hydrophilic and hydrophobic agarose collagen dressing as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses hydrophilic and hydrophobic agarose collagen dressing. The hydrophilic and hydrophobic agarose collagen dressing comprises a hydrophilic stent, a combining layer, and a hydrophobic layer which are tightly integrated in sequence. The invention also provides a preparation method of the dressing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing agarose and collagen at a mass ratio of (1:9)-(9:1), and performing freeze-drying to obtain an agarose collagen composite stent; (2) feeding an acetone solution into a die, and dissolving agarose acetate into the acetone solution; (3) immersing the agarose collagen composite stent into the die, drying with vacuum, and then extracting to remove acetone to obtain the dressing. The dressing is hydrophilic, so that the barrier function is brought and the wound skin can be kept in a microenvironment; in addition, the dressing has the function closer to skin, can speed up wound repair, and is applicable to repair of burn, trauma and damag
