Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a policy management system and method for a policy consultative service system. A policy acquiring module acquires latest policy content information in a manual mode or other automatic modes, the content in a policy storage module is updated according to the content, and a policy extracting module extracts corresponding policy content from the policy storage module according to the user consultative content. By means of the scheme, various kinds of policy content can be automatically managed, all related policy content can be automatically updated in time, and the needed related policy information can be accurately provided for a user.
