Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a bounce control and mounting optimizing method for a high-precision multistage disc stacked rotor. The method comprises the steps that on the basis of end face bounce and radial bounce information measurement of locating faces of all discs of the rotor, the concentricity and end face inclination degree between the locating faces are obtained through the bounce parameters of the locating faces of the discs and mutual position information of measurement probes; on this basis, through assembling simulation and optimization, the radial bounce parameters of the mounting locating faces of all stages in components are controlled to achieve optimization assembling of the rotor. Control over the radial bounce of the mounting locating faces of the multistage disc stacked rotor has important significance to control over journal concentricity of the rotor, unbalance mass axis optimization and the like.
