Contact surfaces (21, 22) are respectively formed on the top parts of the support sections (11, 12) along the contour of the outer periphery (2b) of the rotor (2). Step sections (23, 25) are formed on contact surface (21), and step sections (24, 26) are formed on the contact surface (22), enabling the contact distance between the rotor (2) and the stator (3) to be restricted.
