The invention provides a blue and white bicrystalline high-power LED. The blue and white bicrystalline high-power LED is mainly composed of a support, wafers and gold wires. The support is a bicrystalline support. The wafers include two blue-light wafers which are fixed to a copper post through silver colloids. The two blue-light wafers are connected with corresponding positive pins and corresponding negative pins through the gold wires respectively. The surface of one blue-light water is coated with high-concentration high-viscosity yellow fluorescent glue.
