Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an engine body combined structure suitable for a horizontally-opposed two-stroke engine. The engine body combined structure comprises an engine body (1) and a cylinder sleeve (6). Air ports (4) are formed in the engine body (1). A seal strip (5) is disposed inside the engine body (1). The engine body (1) comprises an upper engine body (2) and a lower engine body (3) which are of an up-down equally-divided structure. The air ports (4) are respectively formed at two ends of the up-down equally-divided structure. By the engine body combined structure, the assembling process of the cylinder sleeve of the horizontally-opposed engine can be improved and simplified effectively, possible part damage during assembling can be avoided, and reliability can be increased.
