Repair method of electroceramic ceramic pieces

The invention relates to a technique for repairing electroceramic ceramic pieces, and particularly relates to a technique for carrying out repair when the electroceramic products have defects on the surfaces and the electroceramic products are rejects with defects. The technique comprises the steps of ceramic piece treatment and cleaning, glaze preparation, glazing repair and sintering: clearing away the attachment from the ceramic pieces which have defects on the surfaces and drying thereafter; carrying out glazing repair by using glazes with same colors, wherein the glazed layer is 0.10-0.4mm thick, and if the thickness cannot meet the requirement, the glazing concentration of the glaze slip can be properly improved; and finally drying the restored ceramic pieces and sending into a tunnel kiln or shuttle kiln at 1250+/-30 DEG C for sintering.
