The propeller grinding process comprises the following steps of examining whether a propeller has defects or not; and beginning to grind the propeller. A grinding reference standard comprises GB12916-91 marine propeller technological conditions and ISO484/1.2-1981 shipbuilding-marine propeller-manufacturing tolerance. Contents of the process are shown in the specification. The propeller ground by using the process has smooth and uniform surfaces, and is long in service life; and the energy consumption of the propeller during sailing of a ship is greatly reduced. |
