The invention provides a testing device and an audio automatic testing system and method for a mobile terminal. The testing device includes a soundproof box used for providing a testing environment for the mobile terminal; an acoustic simulating device used for simulating the auditory senses of the human ears and a phonation effect of a human mouth; and a testing clamp used for fixing the mobile terminal and the acoustic simulating device. The acoustic simulating device is fixed on the testing clamp. The testing clamp is fixed in the soundproof box. Through adoption of the testing device, and the audio acoustic testing system and the method for the mobile terminal, a rapid quantizing test can be performed on the mobile terminal efficiently and human factors can be eliminated so that test accuracy is improved and manpower cost is reduced.
