The signal conditioning plate comprises a single-chip microcomputer system, a digital I/O, a data collector, a matrix switch, an analog output and a power switching circuit, wherein the digital I/O, the data collector, the matrix switch, the analog output and the power switching circuit are connected with the single-chip microcomputer system. The microcomputer system is in communication connection with the single-chip microcomputer system of the signal conditioning plate through an RS-232 bus.
