Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of drug compounds and specifically relates to a marine fungus-derived Azaphilones compound and a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of the Azaphilones compound is represented by a formula (I) as described in the specification; the novel compound has an inhibitory effect on cancer cell proliferation and can be used for preparing an anticancer drug. The Azaphilones compound is separated from the marine fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum SJ0167. There are a variety of species of and a great number of marine microorganisms; the method for extracting the Azaphilones compound from marine microorganisms is simple and comprises easy and convenient steps; thus, the Azaphilones compound is widely available and has low cost, and the Azaphilones compound has high inhibitory activity on cancer cells and wide application prospects.
