According to the preparation method, inorganic selenium is transformed into organic selenium existing in an organism in a form of a selenium-containing protein by adopting a selenium-enriching brown rice germination transformation method; protein and polysaccharide in bone are decomposed by using microorganism fermentation to ensure that partial calcium is changed into a free state from a combined state; contents of nutrient substances of collagen, amino acids, nucleotides and the like are increased by using a compound animal bone raw material; bones are collected for being processed into a nutrient health product, thus waste materials are recycled, and the problems of environment pollution and the like caused by the waste bones are solved.
