The method comprises the following step of constructing an aphid-resistant hybrid population through hybridization and selfing of an aphid-resistant sorghum line serving as a female parent. By combining indoor seedling aphid resistance identification and field adult plant aphid resistance identification, the breeding method adopting twice aphid resistance identification and selection in one generation is realized, so that aphid-resistant sorghum varieties are bred rapidly and accurately. |
