Entrance and exit management system

The entrance and exit management system of the present invention is provided with a reception device, a lock control means, an announcement device, a speed measuring means, and an announcement control means. The reception device is disposed near a door that regulates traffic, and receives ID information from IC tags present in a specified detection range. The lock control means release the lock device on the door if the ID information received by the reception device matches already registered ID information. The announcement device is disposed near the door. The speed measuring means, on the basis of ID information received by the reception device, measures the passing speed of the IC tag having such ID information. The announcement control means, in a case where the passing speed measured by the speed measuring means exceeds a predetermined reference value, makes an announcement of a predetermined content from the announcement device in relation to the passing speed.
