The method comprises the steps that a first device receives the command messages sent by a second device, wherein multiple different tasks are included in the command messages; the first device executes the tasks in the command messages respectively, under the condition that execution results of the tasks are different, commands of a corresponding amount are set according to the number of varieties of the execution results, a certain variety of execution results and task information corresponding to the certain variety of execution results are encapsulated in the corresponding command, and multiple sets of commands are carried in response messages and are fed back to the second device. By means of the technical scheme, state information obtained by a server in the process of using the commands for management is more comprehensive and more accurate.
