Large-current assembly

The invention relates to a large-current assembly which comprises the components of: a large-current conductor which extends along an axis (A), a packaging part which surrounds the large-current conductor, and a cooler which is configured at the large-current conductor in a heat-conductive manner. The large-current assembly extends into an inner chamber which is radially limited by the large-current conductor and the packaging part. In operation of the large-current assembly, axial flow (H) which extends in a axial direction and comprises cooling air can be guided in the inner chamber. For improving operation safety of the large-current assembly, the cooler is provided with a flange which is guided by mainly radially oriented cooling components and furthermore the cooling components form a first flow channel (SH) and a second flow channel (SV) which are mainly guided axially.
