Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the field of manufacturing of energy sources, and discloses wooden activated carbon powder coal and a preparation method thereof. The coal is prepared from 60-80% of wooden activated carbon powder and 40-20% of quick lime powder by volume. The coal comprises the following preparation steps: evenly mixing 40-20% of quick lime powder with a certain amount of water according to the volume percent; adding 60-80% of wooden activated carbon powder to evenly mix after cooling for 4-10 hours; and pressing into blocks, and drying in the sun, so as to obtain the wooden activated carbon powder coal. The average thermal mass of the coal is 4216kilocalorie, and is about 30-40% higher than that of the traditional coal by a test. In addition, the wooden activated carbon powder coal is not afraid of weathering, and free of smoke in combustion. Above all, the pollution problem on the environment caused by the wooden activated carbon powder is solved.
