The modifier L-cysteine has selective adsorption effect on D- penicillamine (D-Pen), but has repulsive action on L-penicillamine (L-Pen); in mixed liquor containing D-pen and L-Pen, the L-penicillamine can preferably passes through the nanochannel which is modified with the L- cysteine, so that complete separation of the penicillamine enantiomer is realized by utilizing the property. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for separating the penicillamine enantiomer, adopts a simple device, is simple to operate and easy to implement, and has better application prospect.
