Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method of separating chiral drug penicillamine enantiomer based on a functional gold nanochannel. The method comprises the steps of by taking a polycarbonate (PC) film as a template, adopting a chemical deposition method to prepare a gold (Au) nanochannel film, and modifying L-cysteine (L-Cys) in the Au nanochannel by utilizing action of an Au-S bond to obtain the nanochannel with chiral site selectivity. The modifier L-cysteine has selective adsorption effect on D- penicillamine (D-Pen), but has repulsive action on L-penicillamine (L-Pen); in mixed liquor containing D-pen and L-Pen, the L-penicillamine can preferably passes through the nanochannel which is modified with the L- cysteine, so that complete separation of the penicillamine enantiomer is realized by utilizing the property. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for separating the penicillamine enantiomer, adopts a simple device, is simple to operate and easy to implement, and has better application prospect. |
