The invention relates to a biological safety cabinet. The biological safety cabinet comprises a first space part and a second space part, wherein the first space part and the second space part are isolated to the exterior in an airtight manner; the first space part is communicated with the second space part through a connecting port which can be opened or sealed in an airtight manner; the first space part comprises a first operating port, a first operating glove and an openable or airtightly-sealed first opening; the first operating glove is arranged in the first space part, the end part of the first operating glove is connected to the first operating port, so that a hand of a user can stretch into the first operating glove through the first operating port so as to operate inside the first space part; the second space part comprises an openable or airtightly-sealed second opening.
