Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a battery and an electronic device. The battery and a battery in the electronic device respectively comprise at least one cell and a thermistor which is arranged in the cell; two electrodes which are opposite in polarity are arranged in the cell, and electrolyte is stored between the two electrodes; the thermistor is immersed in the electrolyte, and one end of the thermistor is connected with one electrode of the cell; the resistance value of the thermistor is increased along with the increment of the temperature inside the cell. By adopting the battery or the battery in the electronic device, the overheat protection can be better realized.
