| Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an adapter card and an electronic device using the same. The adaptor card comprises a plugging end, a first expansion slot and a second expansion slot, wherein the plugging end is used for being plug into a slot of an external mainboard, the first expansion slot and the second expansion slot are electrically connected with the plugging end to expanding the slot of the external mainboard, and each expansion slot is used for being connected with an external device to electrically connect the external device with the mainboard.
