Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a brush. A bunch containing hole (11) is drilled out of a brush body (9) and/or a brush hair bunch is filled in the bunch containing hole of the brush body. In a first measuring-throughput, a machining tool (7) is driven with predetermined rotation speed, the vibration of a brush manufacturing machine (1) at a plurality of machining positions (13) is measured during drilling or filling, and a measuring value is compared with an allowed maximum value. A measuring-throughput at a working position is reduced when rotation speed (n) of the machining tool exceeds a maximum value at the working position. The measuring-throughput is increased at the working position when the rotation speed falls below the maximum value. The modified rotation speed values are stored at the individual working positions and measuring-throughput is carried out until the rotation speed values at all the working positions are lower than the maximum value such that production-throughputs
