Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a novel all-steel engineering meridian tire reverse-coating capsule. The capsule is prepared from a COP-08A glue material and a 1400dtex/2V1 single-layer cord fabric material containing 100 steel wires per 10cm and having the breaking strength of 21kg per steel wire; a capsule root framework material is a fracture type steel wire cord fabric framework material. The extension strengths of the glue material and the cord fabric meet construction requirements; the capsule root framework material is the fracture type steel wire cord fabric framework material, so that capsule roots can be effectively prevented from springing out. Isolation is carried out by adopting talcum powder, and de-molding is carried out through an inflation and de-molding device, so that adhesion between two layers can be prevented, and the capsule can be smoothly inflated and de-molded.
