The invention discloses a method for improving the direct-seeding seedling rate of paddy rice. The method disclosed by the invention is easy and convenient to operate; the direct seeding seedling rate can be effectively increased, and the seedling robustness is promoted; a comparison test of an inventor shoes that the seedling rate can be increased by 20-25 percent, so that the seeds can be saved, and the yield can be increased by over 10 percent.
