The invention discloses a method for achieving the quality of service, a terminal station and a network bridge. The method for achieving the quality of service comprises the steps that the terminal station sends messages to be sent of one or more virtual switches operating on the terminal station to the network bridge through a network interface card of the terminal station; after the network bridge receives the messages sent by the virtual switches operating on the terminal station, the received messages are dispatched according to one or more QoS strategy rules which are set in advance. By the adoption of the method for achieving the quality of service, the terminal station and the network bridge, a QoS guarantee is provided for a VEPA network device, and therefore a network manager can better manage the VEPA network flow.
