Zusammenfassung:A regulation control method for preventing oxygen deficiency at night in the gracilaria and prawn ecological cultivation relates to the algae and prawn cultivation. The method comprises the steps of controlling the gracilaria cultivation density and prawn cultivation density: the prawn cultivation density is 100-300kg per mu, the gracilaria cultivation density is 400-750kg per mu in sunny days and 300-600kg per mu in rainy days, and when the cultivation density achieves the upper limit, one third to a half of the gracilaria is harvested and the rest gracilaria is continuously cultivated as seedlings; adopting Gracilaria lichenoides when the water temperature is higher than or equal to 20 DEG C and adopting Gracilaria tenuistipitata Var. liui when the water temperature is lower than 20 DEG C; regulating and controlling cultivation water depth: when the water body transparency is larger than 1m, the cultivation water depth is 0.5-1.0m in sunny days and 0.35-0.6m in rainy days and the cultivation water depth is 0.5-0.7m in sunny days and 0.35-0.5m in rainy days when the water transparency is smaller than or equal to 1m; regulating and controlling water entering: a cultivation pond is subjected to water changing on rainy days and adopts a water feeding-at-night and draining-at-daylight mode.
