Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an alkaline-electrolysis rust removal method. The method comprises the steps of (A) providing a steel material covered with rust scale, (B) taking the steel material covered with the rust scale as an anode, putting the steel material in an alkaline electrolyte containing tartrate for alkaline electrolysis treatment, and then obtaining the electrolyzed steel material, and (C) providing a mechanical force for the electrolyzed steel material until the rust scale is separated from the surface of the steel material and then obtaining the steel material without being covered with the rust scale, wherein the concentration of the electrolyte is greater than or equal to 0.4M, and the current density of the electrolysis is greater than or equal to 10A/dm . The alkaline-electrolysis rust removal method does not need multiple times of electrolysis treatment, and thus meets the requirement for environmental protection while guaranteeing the economic benefit. |
