Suspension type butting method for furnace bottom and furnace body of revolving furnace

A suspension type butting method for a furnace bottom and a furnace body of a revolving furnace comprises the steps: four steel ropes are symmetrically suspended on the furnace body; after the furnace bottom is jacked to a certain height by a furnace bottom car, the lower ends of the four steel ropes are symmetrically fixed on the exterior of the upper edge of the furnace bottom; and the furnace bottom car is removed, balance is achieved by utilizing the own gravity of the furnace bottom, and accurate butting of the furnace bottom with the furnace body is completed. The method has the advantages of fast speed of butting of the furnace bottom with the furnace body, high butting precision, and convenient and labor-saving operation. The method can be widely used as a method for butting the furnace bottom with the furnace body of the revolving furnace of a steel plant.
