The invention relates to a low-molecular-weight pectin composite flocculant which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of calcium chloride and 20-0 parts of magnesium chloride, wherein the sum of the parts of the two components is 100. The low-molecular-weight pectin composite flocculant can be added in an online mode in production of canned citrus petals; by using the low-molecular-weight pectin composite flocculant, low-molecular-weight pectin in acid-base capsule-dressing-removing waste liquid in canned production can be rapidly condensed into a relatively tight condensation product so as to achieve online centrifugal separation; the low-molecular-weight pectin composite flocculant disclosed by the invention is good in condensation effect and low in cost, does not affect the quality safety of low-molecular-weight pectin, and has no adverse effects on the environment.
