Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for recycling fluorine-containing waste gas in phosphorus chemical industry production. Originally, industrial ammonium hydroxide is utilized to absorb fluorine-containing waste gas to prepare ammonium fluosilicate solution which is soluble to water and high in stability, then ammonolysis reaction is carried out between ammonium hydroxide and ammonium fluosilicate solution and silicon dioxide sediment and ammonium fluoride solution are obtained after filtration; and the silicon dioxide sediment is washed with water and dried to obtain a white carbon black product.
