Elevator brake torque detection method

The invention relates to an elevator brake torque detection method. The method solves the problems that in the prior art, a brake detection device needs to be manually operated, and is inconvenient and slow to operate, single in function, and incapable of reflecting the brake torque change trend and the brake abrasion trend. According to the method, staged torque currents are input into a motor, whether the brake torque is enough or not is judged according to whether the torque of the motor in the rotating process is within a designed torque range of a brake or not, and the brake abrasion trend can be analyzed according to the torque recorded every time. The elevator brake torque detection method has the advantages that regular automatic detection is achieved, multiple functions are possessed, detection accuracy is high, and the brake torque change trend and the brake abrasion trend can be reflected.
