The invention provides a manufacturing method for an individualized lip and tongue side orthodontic appliance. According to the manufacturing method, the individualized lip and tongue side orthodontic appliance is manufactured according to a lip and tongue side shape of teeth of a patient; a manufactured bracket is divided into two parts; one part is a bracket body of the bracket; the other part of the bracket is an individualized bracket bottom plate of the bracket. The bracket body of the bracket in the orthodontic appliance contains three-dimensional data (whole tooth axis inclined degree, whole tooth torque and whole tooth convexity) of countryman normal whole teeth (dental crowns and tooth roots) reference values.
