Earth resistance meter and handheld terminal

The invention relates to an earth resistance meter and a handheld terminal. The inconvenience problem that meter reading group personnel use interphones to report the measuring data of the earth resistance meter to wire connection recording group personnel is solved. The earth resistance meter comprises a current generating circuit, a voltage measuring circuit, a processor and a data output device. The current generating circuit is connected with the processor, the processor controls the currents of the current generating circuit, the voltage measuring circuit is connected with the processor, the processor reads the measuring value of the voltages of a ground resistor from the voltage measuring circuit, and the processor is used for calculating the resistance value of the ground resistor. The earth resistance meter further comprises a wireless communication module which is connected with the processor, and the wireless communication module is used for transmitting a measuring control instruction and measuring
