Novel pole producing technology

The invention discloses a novel pole producing technology and belongs to the field of cement product prefabricated parts. The novel pole producing technology comprises processes of fabrication of a framework of steel reinforcement, preparation of self compact concrete, pressure pouring, integrated demoulding and mould clamping, self-adaptive hot-water circulation maintenance and the like. Mould installation and demoulding are performed on a fixed station to finish integrated demoulding and mould clamping of poles. The pole forming is achieved through preparation of self compact concrete and mold clamping pressure pouring, the pole maintenance is achieved through self-adaptive hot-water circulation maintenance, and after pole forms and keeps the same for a time, the maintenance can be performed whenever possible.
