Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preparing a thermal barrier coating, which belongs to the field of thermal barrier coatings. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a thermal barrier coating area on a workpiece, preparing a MCrAlY material binding coating in a HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) spraying mode or an LPPS (Low Pressure Plasma Spraying) spraying mode, spraying nano structure YSZ (Yttria Stabilized Zirconia) ceramic powder as a spraying material on the prepared MCrAlY material binding coating by using a three-anode plasma gun according to specific process parameters, compulsively cooling the surface of the workpiece by using compressed air in the spraying process to keep the temperature of the matrix of the workpiece be less than 150 DEG C, spraying till a set coating thickness, stopping compulsive cooling through the compressed air, naturally cooling the workpiece and the coating so as to accomplish the preparation of the thermal barrier coating. By using the method, the super-thic
