Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method for unsaturated acid from unsaturated aldehyde. A fixed bed reactor is employed; the part of the reactor from a reaction raw material inlet to an outlet is divided into a segment S1 and a segment S2; the segment S1 is filled with a Mo-Vi double-layer catalyst with inner layer concentration higher than external layer concentration; the segment S2 is filled with a catalyst (I) which has a double-layer structure; the catalyst (I) has the double-layer structure, and main composition of the catalyst is expressed by the general formula (I)--MoaVbWcCudNieSnfSigMhOx (I). The method is applicable to preparation of acrylic acid through selective oxidation of acrolein; bed temperature of the reactor is reasonably distributed; and the target product acrylic acid has high selectivity and yield. |
