A main control unit, the cameras and a storage unit are comprised. The cameras obtain image signals and transmit the image signals to the main control unit through signal lines. The main control unit processes the image signals and obtains processed results. The storage unit is connected to the main control unit and stores the processed results. The cameras at least comprise the first camera and the second camera, wherein the first camera and the second camera are arranged in the horizontal direction or in the vertical direction and installed on rotating pan-tilts respectively. The rotating pan-tilts are connected and controlled through the main control unit. The main control unit establishes a monitoring map according to the installation positions and the rotating shooting ranges of the first camera and the second camera.
