A first air chamber, an inlet and an outlet are formed in the valve body, a valve disk covers the outlet, a pilot hole is formed in the valve disk, a liner is sleeved in a valve cover, a gap is reserved between the liner and the valve disk, a second air chamber is formed in the liner, the valve cover is fixed onto the valve body, a valve rod and a valve rod core are connected into a whole and arranged in a sealed cylinder, only a tip chock plug of the valve rod is exposed outside the pilot hole, an inner magnetic ring is arranged in the valve rod core, and the sealed cylinder is fixed onto the valve cover.
