Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rapid residual sludge dehydration and deodorization method which comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, adding a dispersing agent, namely, plant ash, into the residual sludge, uniformly mixing up the two components, and standing for 3-5 hours, wherein the weight ratio of the residual sludge to the plant ash is 10:6; (2) adding a heat-resisting alkali-resisting bacillus laterosporus liquid and an EM (Effective Microorganisms) liquid which respectively account for 0.05-0.09% and 0.03-0.06% of the weight of the mixture obtained in the step (1); (3) uniformly mixing up the mixtures in the step (2), and subsequently standing for 36-48 hours at normal temperature to ferment; and (4) naturally spreading the fermented mixture in the step (3), and drying for 2 hours in air naturally, so as to accomplish the treatment process.
