The invention discloses a sea cucumber seed casting device. The device comprises a hard tube, a bendable elastic tube, water inlets in the side wall of the hard tube and a piston and a piston rod which are disposed in the hard tube. The method comprises (1) determining the length of the hard tube; (2) connecting the seed casting device on the side of an operation boat; (3) positioning sea cucumber culture reefs; (4) adjusting the sea cucumber casting device; (5) delivering the seeds to the culture reefs; (6) moving the sea cucumber casting device to prepare for seed casting the next time.
