The connecting bolt is inserted into an electrode plate preformed hole from the left side of the electrode plate and penetrated into the right side of the electrode plate. The left side of the electrode plate is provided with a first silica gel pad, a first compacting cover and an end sealing plug to seal the connecting bolt portion on the left side of the electrode plate.
