The steam heat-exchange heating equipment comprises a steam circulation pipeline, a water circulation pipeline, a heat exchanger, a desuperheater and a controller, wherein the steam circulation pipeline comprises a steam inlet pipe, an electric pressure-regulating valve and a steam outlet pipe; the steam inlet pipe is communicated with an external steam pipeline; an electric pressure-regulating valve is arranged on the steam inlet pipeline, and is opened and closed under the control of the controller; the steam inlet pipe is communicated with the desuperheater, and is finally connected to the air inlet of the heat exchanger; the air outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated with the steam outlet pipe; the water circulation pipeline comprises a water tank, a water inlet pipe, a circulation water pump, a heating circulation branch, a water return pipe and a water replenishing pump; the water inlet pipe is co
